A handsome reclaimed Edwardian front door featuring its original leaded glazed upper panel with an attractive ruby red stained glass shield at the centre.
The large glazed section allows an abundance of natural light into a hallway while the textured privacy glass obscures the view from outside. The striking red shield provides a subtle decorative focal point, giving the door plenty of period character without being overly ornate.
The door is currently painted white and would suit either repainting in a traditional heritage colour or stripping back if preferred. It retains its original mouldings and proportions, making it an excellent choice for an Edwardian or late Victorian property undergoing sympathetic renovation.
There is one cracked pane within the leaded glazing, as shown in the photographs. The remainder of the glass is in good condition.
