Collection from our showroom

You're always welcome to collect your purchase from our Broxburn showroom. Please arrange collection within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Please note that local delivery through Robert is arranged and paid for directly with him. Not all items are suitable for courier delivery, so please contact us if you're unsure.

Yes, all measurements are approximate and provided as a guide.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure items will fit through doorways, stairwells and into their intended location prior to purchase.

All of our reclaimed and second-hand items are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme.

Where the Margin Scheme applies, VAT cannot be reclaimed and a VAT invoice showing reclaimable VAT cannot be provided.

Where stated, certain electrical items may have been PAT tested.

However, due to the age and nature of many antique and vintage light fittings, we strongly recommend that all electrical items are inspected and installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.

Suitability for a particular installation remains the responsibility of the purchaser and their electrician.

All items listed online are also offered for sale within our showroom.

Whilst we make every effort to keep our website up to date, there may occasionally be a delay between an item selling and the website being updated.

In the unlikely event that an item has already sold, a full refund will be issued immediately.
