A charming Heritage bathroom suite finished in a delicate floral pattern with subtle pink line detailing. Manufactured in the mid-1990s, this quality suite offers a classic, traditional appearance while benefiting from modern practicality.
The set comprises a pedestal wash basin and close-coupled WC with matching floral decoration throughout, complemented by brass and ceramic cistern lever and brass taps. It would suit a period-inspired bathroom, cottage, Victorian or Edwardian renovation, or anyone looking for something more characterful than a standard white suite.
The ceramic is in very good overall condition with no obvious chips or cracks, and the floral decoration remains bright and attractive.
A rare pair of substantial antique church stair handrails reclaimed from Largo St David's Church, Fife.
The final photograph shows the handrails in their original position within Largo St David's Church, where they flanked the steps leading to the pulpit.

An exceptional set of four reclaimed oak staircase balusters, believed to originate from the grand staircase of the former Scottish Conservative Club at 112 Princes Street, Edinburgh.
These substantial balusters feature elegant turned shafts above finely carved acanthus leaf decoration, retaining their original dark stained finish. The set comprises two landing balusters with square tops and two staircase balusters with angled tops, demonstrating how they were originally positioned along the staircase and adjoining landing.
Historic archive photographs of the Conservative Club's celebrated timber staircase show balusters of the same distinctive design, providing a fascinating connection to one of Edinburgh's most prominent Victorian club buildings.
