It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure items will fit through doorways, stairwells and into their intended location prior to purchase.

All of our reclaimed and second-hand items are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme.

Where the Margin Scheme applies, VAT cannot be reclaimed and a VAT invoice showing reclaimable VAT cannot be provided.

Where stated, certain electrical items may have been PAT tested.

However, due to the age and nature of many antique and vintage light fittings, we strongly recommend that all electrical items are inspected and installed by a qualified electrician prior to use.

Suitability for a particular installation remains the responsibility of the purchaser and their electrician.
